Below are the rules of the forum and if you follow these rules you are in the clear.


-NO CANNON character you need to make your own Costom Ninja.

-From know one you can't just register with the Mankekyou and Use it with all its power you have to train and Gain it's Power.

-You are not allowed to have a person's jutsus unless they allow it.

-Dont be rectless,If you die you probable won't beable to make another Ninja.

-There will be no type of invation,But from time to time countries will have a war.

-No Breaking the Rules

-No God-modding and force playing: These things won't be tolerated. During the role-play, people are expected to be fair, to others when they do it. For example, its impossible for a character to always dodge and always get out of situations unharmed. Also always coming up with a way to make your character overpowered, will be frowned upon. Characters that also appear to be invincible and without flaw, will not be tolerated.

Force-playing is also another issue, that will not be tolerated. During the role-play, an opponent may choose to take a hit or not to. It is entirely up to them, as long as the situation as reasonable. You may post that you are attempting to land an hit. But its not allowed to say, you aimed a punch at said person and it connected.

For example. Mark ran towards his opponent and punched him in the face. He then took out a kunai and stabbed him a couple of times. Mark then formed a couple of hand seals, and burned his opponent with a fire jutsu...


versus:

Mark dodge a couple of shurikens that were thrown at him. He then geared himself up, to attack his opponent. Mark folded his fist and charged his opponent, he will then throw a couple of punches at the opponent's face. followed by a couple a low kicks and jabs.


As you can see the first example, is the wrong way to role-play. While the 2nd example would be more acceptable. I hope i was clear, if not PM a mod and they will explain it.

During the role play, especially when there is a fight or sparring match. All post should be at least 5 lines minimum. This is to avoid, boring one liners, that ruin the role-play experience. Pay attention to the details, of others post and role-play accordingly.

Important :

Chiodori And Sharingan: It should be noted, that unless your character is an Uchiha or have the Sharingan. You can't use techniques such as Chiodori. Since it requires the Sharingan, your character should also have the lighting element. Without these two combination, we won't allow you to have Chiodori or any other forms of it. Also if you do meet the requirements to use the Chiodori, you still need Sasuke Uchiha's appoval (he is an Administrator, also the one using the cannon character Sasuke).

Doujutsu creation:: The creation of doujutsu (eye technique) kekei Genkais (bloodline limit) are allowed. However, your doujutsu will not be accepted if we feel its too similar to the Sharingan and Byakugan. For example. If your doujutsu enables you to perform and dispel Genjutsu. It will not be accepted, since it is too similar to the Sharingan.

In all fairness to others. You character can be quite fast. But don't over do it, by saying your as fast as the 4th hokage. That wouldn't be fair to others now would it? So no Flying thunder God technique.

Also, no combining of two other clans to make a new bloodline.

-If your trying to make a ninja and your not dead pm a mod asking them.

-Be nice to Everyone

-No Copy and Paste

-No Rp-ing when your not accepted

-Do not pm a admin asking them about rank related topic unless its about joining a group like the Akatsuki or Missing nin etc.

-Also here you can develop techniques yourself and if you do, you will be the direct "owner" of these techniques, no one else has the right to use them, unless they ask authorisation from the author, and he\she agrees, this rules also aplies to every custom summons, and custom weapons they are exclusively yours unless you want to share them.

-On a related matter, due to abuse of our forum freedom, from here on all genins are forbidden to know/learn, chidori, rasengan, or any other technique above C-rank, including shadow clones, the minimum rank to learn this tech is chunnin.

-Avoid RP in several places at once, you shouldn't be able to be in more than one place at once.

-To avoid people meddling in business they're not intended to, we decided to add this new rule. If a topic has "Private" or anything similar on the title, anyone that wants to post on that topic will need to ask the creator of that topic for permission.
